Stambeno-poslovne zgrade, Split – 2023.

Objekt koji je među najvećim stambeno-poslovnim zgradama u Splitu, zablistao je u novom ruhu s potpuno novom stolarijom zahvaljujući Skelin Mont timu. Čak 226 kliznih stijenki i 396 PVC prozora, sustava Gealan rađenih iz platforme S9000 u akril boji, koju inače posjeduje samo Gealan sustav te 650m2 alu-staklene Schüco fasade koja objekt dodatno čini modernim i jedinstvenim

Stambeni objekt, Zablaće – 2023.

Na novoizgrađenom objektu u Zablaću, Skelin Mont tim montirao je Schüco velike staklene površine sa strukturalnim kutom i design line profilom koji omogućuje nesmetano svakodnevno uživanje u panoramskom pogledu na more.

Luxury tourist project, Maslina Resort, Hvar – 2021.

Production and installation of luxury joinery, various systems (ASS 50 series with sliding walls and AWS/ADS 65 for windows and balcony doors and ASS50 series with ASW/ADS 65 as well as Schüco ASE 60 series with panoramic Design Line profile), 12-meter pivot from Jansen , glass surfaces weighing 200,300 kilograms each, structural corners and a flat threshold, i.e. an imperceptible transition between the external and internal spaces.

Luxury catering facility, Šibenik 2022.

Installation of a complete Schüco sliding system (ASS) with associated substructure and glass with decorative strips. In addition to the large 6-leaf shutter, the building also has a 3-leaf shutter and SCHÜCO windows with the same decorative slats.

Business building, 2020.

GAK business center, complete assembly of the glass facade on the lower part and ALU windows with protective fixed blinds on the upper part of the building. A sliding entrance door was also installed as an entrance to the shopping center, as well as a door with a panic function and a "close as soon as possible" function.
