Skelin Mont showed all its potential and strength at the thoughtfully designed luxury project MASLINA RESORT on Hvar. Maslina Resort, normally the holder of the Relais & Châteaux label, is the work of several artists and architectural experts who did their best to create an olive grove on a plot of land right next to the sea in Stari Grad on the island of Hvar, a good enough reason for the most demanding guests from all over the world to come. right here.
Skelin Mont was hired for the production and assembly of luxury joinery that completed the entire project. Several different systems were used, and one of the most interesting elements is certainly the 12-meter pivot from Jansen. The pivot is composed of several wings hidden between the walls so as not to lose the elegance of the space.
The most luxurious Schuco carpentry was installed, where different discount systems of the ASS 50 series with sliding walls and the AWS/ADS 65 series for windows and balcony doors were used, as well as the ASS50 series with ASW/ADS 65 as well as the Schüco ASE 60 series with the Design Line panoramic profile.
In addition to the large glass surfaces weighing 200,300 kilograms each, the structural corners open up the view even from the corner because the glass rests directly on the glass. During the installation of balconies and sliding doors, transitions from the interior of the room to the exterior of the space are made as a flat threshold, that is, an imperceptible transition between the exterior and interior space.
